OCEC - Oregon Conference on Early Childhood

The Oregon Conference on Early Childhood (OCEC) is a science-to-policy conference that aims to close the gap between what we know and what we do to promote successful learning, adaptive behavior, and sound physical and mental health among Oregon's youngest citizens. By bringing recognized scientists to this ongoing forum, the OCEC seeks to educate policymakers, civic leaders, and the general public about the neurobiology of early childhood and the benefits of early intervention for optimal brain development.
